The World of Terra, before the emergence of the Tower, was a realm ruled by divine beings known as Gods. These
deities governed various aspects of nature and life, ensuring harmony and balance throughout the land.
However, this idyllic era came to an abrupt end when the Tower, a colossal and enigmatic structure, suddenly appeared.

In the throes of Age 0, the World convulsed, its very fabric shifting in a chaotic dance.

The planet quaked and the skies grew dark with ominous clouds, a resounding rumble pierced the air, followed by a flash of blinding light. The entire realm flipped upside-down, leaving its inhabitants reeling in disbelief.
Suddenly, across the globe's teeming populace, an awakening began. Hundreds, thousands, even millions of lives were transformed, as beings that had once been considered normal and mortal were reborn as Players, anointed by the omnipotent System as Hunters.
With this newfound power came the ability to wield the elements, to bend wind and flame to their will, to practice magic and ancient arts, and even to heal wounds or shatter stone with a mere thought. Yet, this gift came with a steep price.
This miraculous transformation came with a terrible and far-reaching consequence – the emergence of Dungeons. Throughout the world, unprecedented rifts manifested as iridescent whirlpools, their shimmering, swirling surfaces crackling with an unfamiliar energy, each teeming with unspeakable horror.
From common goblins to mutant wolves, to beasts of eldritch terror so nightmarish that no rational being dared contemplate their existence, the once-tranquil world was plunged into a maelstrom of pandemonium.

At the epicenter of this tumultuous sphere, the Tower of Babel rose as a colossal symbol of enigma and challenge. Its silhouette looming ominously at the heart of the World, housing one hundred floors, each a testament to the unfathomable quests and riches that lay hidden within.
The tower hummed with a sinister energy. The tantalizing treasure troves and rare monster drops had captured the insatiable curiosity of every living being. Attracting beings from all around the world. An assortment of rumors and theories spreading far and wide.
But, with such enticement came a peril of unimaginable proportions. What appeared to be a beacon of light was, in fact, a wolf in sheep's clothing Its innermost depths concealed unparalleled danger. And it was not for the faint-hearted or the feckless.
Regardless, one thing was certain: the Tower of Babel held the key to answers that could potentially unravel the mysteries of the universe and its origins.
But for every question they answered, they only unearthed ten more. Who or what had caused this transformation? Why had the gods abandoned the world, leaving it to succumb to chaos? What untold dangers lurked within the most hidden recesses of the Tower?
Fueled by their determination to unravel the grand tapestry of the World of Terra. The newly appointed Hunters stepped forth, bracing themselves for the future that lay ahead.

In the far reaches of time, Age 800 had dawned upon the World. Eight hundred years had passed since the cataclysmic event that flipped the essence of reality on its head.

Four Continents had formed: Shizen, Ilias, Aechos, and Divine Seas. Each unique and diverse, coming together to surround the Tower of Babel situated on the fifth continent. A colossal edifice of enigma and danger, continued to stand defiantly at its epicenter. In this new era, Hunters had become a common sight, their power a part of the fabric of society.

The World had lost its sense of direction. Bloodshed, empire-building, and the ravages of war have become norms. Dungeons continue to emerge in their countless numbers, bathing the world in their insidious glow and corrupting the landscapes they infect.
But in this decayed world, one thing has not changed: the allure of the Tower.
The promise it offers of glory, wealth, and knowledge continues to entice the populace, drawing them closer like moths to a flame. For some, the tower represents an opportunity for escape, a chance to forge their own destinies. For others, it stands as a symbol of everything that's gone wrong with the world, a deathtrap waiting to ensnare the unwary and break them like twigs.

For the world as they know it has been forever transformed by the forces unleashed centuries ago, and they are but a pawn in a game that never ends.
